Position Control for Navision

Position Control creates an alternate view of your employee population. It extends administration and reporting capabilities to the position level.  Essentially, you can access your roster by position (HR Admin Secretary) instead of employee name (Alice Smith). In the process it maintains valuable information (such as Vacancy Statistics) and automates HR processes. 

If partnered with the Navision HR module it automatically assigns position specific information to the employee and logs expanded statistics by position. If partnered with the Allocation of Labor system it links the employee roster to payroll using business rules defined by position.
