Allocation of Labor System

The Allocation of Labor (AL) system is a tool used to allocate salary related expenses across cost centers (grants, accounts, labs).  The system is especially useful at NIH funded research organizations which have the additional challenge of shifting grants, government mandated reporting, and high labor costs.

This complete system includes full Position Control functionality, a web based Time and Effort Approval System, and the AL module.

Key features of the AL module include: custom allocations tailored to payroll needs; salary distributions; automated payroll Gross to Net; dynamic labor encumbrancing; user-defined fringe calculations; budget posting ; the ability to perform easy retroactive adjustments; and the seamless integration of any payroll source with the Navision GL.
